With my background in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, I create safe, effective, and fun programs designed just for you.

Venturing out with your baby can feel like a big adventure, especially when you’re not sure what to expect! That’s why each week, Sara is hosting a complimentary class consult on the second floor of the Port Jeff Village Center. It’s a chance to bring your little one, ask all your questions (yes, even the small ones!), and see what the class is all about. You’ll try a quick fitness assessment and get a sneak peek at the moves. Think of it as a low-pressure way to dip your toes in, meet Sara, and feel confident before jumping into a full class.
