Hi everyone! I’m Sara Colletti-Youmans, and I’m so excited to be part of your fitness journey. I know finding the right exercise and nutrition plan can feel overwhelming, but that’s where I come in! With my background in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, I create safe, effective, and fun programs designed just for you.

Whether you’re sweating it out on Long Island, training virtually from home, or rocking our Lifting for 2 classes with your little one, I’ll give you the tools, confidence, and motivation to succeed. Together, we’ll make fitness something you look forward to, because getting stronger feels better with a community!

LF2 (Lifting For 2) is now virtual & in Mount Sinai! Join our movement of helping mamas feel strong, confident, and supported. Our functional, pelvic-floor-safe workouts are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or returning to movement.

We’re thrilled to announce our newest class location at Heritage Park in Mount Sinai on Fridays at 11:30 am starting 12/12. Experience a powerful community-focused workout.

Nap time got you down? Join us virtually on Mondays at 9:30 am starting 12/1 for the same expert coaching and uplifting energy, anywhere you are.

Start With A Complementary Class Consultation

Venturing out with your baby can feel like a big adventure, especially when you’re not sure what to expect! That’s why each week, Sara is hosting a complimentary class consult at Starbucks in Miller Place. It’s a chance to bring your little one, ask all your questions (yes, even the small ones!), and see what the class is all about. Think of it as a low-pressure way to dip your toes in, meet Sara, and feel confident before jumping into a full class.
