Our signature class, Sculpted Mama, brings the energy of Sculpted Flow into a welcoming space where your baby can stay right beside you while you move. This low-impact, strength-focused class is designed to support core recovery, pelvic floor strength, posture, mobility, and the muscles most challenged by motherhood — helping moms feel strong, supported, and empowered in every season.

Wear your baby, bring your baby, but don’t forget your stroller! LF2 Barre is a 45- minute beat-based practice with Sara & Baby. The best part is, your stroller doubles as your very own personal barre! I’ll supply the equipment, you just bring your mat, and a play mat for your little one!
Classes are held in the Heritage Center 633 Mount Sinai-Coram Rd, Mt Sinai, NY 11766
