Meet SARA COLLETTI

Sara Colletti-Youmans is a seasoned personal trainer, movement specialist, and the founder behind Sculpted, Hamptons Wellness on Wheels and Lifting For 2. Since 2013, she has been dedicated to helping clients build strong, confident bodies through intelligent, results-driven training. In 2016, she launched her concierge fitness business in the Hamptons, offering a highly personalized, elevated experience for clients seeking more than just a workout.

Sara’s approach blends functional movement, strength training, Pilates, and a refined, boutique-style experience designed to sculpt both body and mindset. With a deep understanding of the female body, she created Lifting For 2—a signature prenatal and postnatal program that empowers women to feel strong, supported, and confident throughout every stage of motherhood.

Through Sculpted, Sara brings her signature method to life in a modern, high-end fitness experience that is both effective and intentionally designed.

LF2 (Lifting For 2) is now virtual & in Mount Sinai! Join our movement of helping mamas feel strong, confident, and supported. Our functional, pelvic-floor-safe workouts are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or returning to movement.

Join us weekly at Heritage Park in Mount Sinai on Fridays at 11:30 am. Experience a powerful community-focused workout of Pilates Mamas!
