Lifting For 2 is a Prenatal Training Program that provides you with the tools you need to master your soon-to-have new mommy ADLs (activities of daily living), activate your core for a smooth delivery, as well as a one-on-one relationship with Personal Trainer Sara Colletti-Youmans.
You will receive:
