Training within a group is a fantastic way to build your own healthy bubble, stay motivated, and ensure you never miss a workout! It transforms into a social hour where you bond with friends while working hard. Together, we’ll set group goals, whether it’s to build strength, increase lean muscle, or achieve other fitness objectives. The possibilities are endless!

Why Book A Group Trainings?

WHAT DO YOU RECEIVE?

When you schedule a session, you can expect a custom program designed to meet the goals of the group, ranging from 2 to 20 participants. Here’s what we offer:

  1. We supply the equipment: Each participant will have access to loop bands, Pilates balls, and Therabands. All you need to bring is a mat!
  2. We bring the music: We provide an energizing and vibey playlist that keeps the atmosphere lively and participants motivated throughout the session.
  3. We create the ultimate format: Our expertly crafted program includes a variety of exercise and movement patterns that are structured to maximize benefits, improve strength, and enhance overall fitness. Each session is adaptable to different group sizes and fitness levels, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.


By offering these key components, we aim to create an engaging, fun, and effective fitness experience for every group.

 

HOW MUCH IS IT?

The more fitness friends you invite, the more you save!

  • For 2-4 participants: $200+ per group per hour
  • For 5 or more participants: $50 per person per hour
