Your Prenatal Program to Functional Movement In Your First Trimester.

I am so beyond excited to help you prepare for the most magical experience, training for your new life, or continuing, as a new mama. This prenatal training program provides you with the tools you need to master your soon-to-have new mommy ADLs (activities of daily living), activate your core for a smooth delivery, as well as a one-on-one relationship with me, for program guidance and customization.

When Ross and I found out we were pregnant, words couldn’t describe our happiness, excitement, and eagerness to share the news with family and friends. As you know, the first trimester—especially the first 6 weeks—is a very vulnerable time. The hardest part for me was keeping our news a secret. If you know me, I’m an open book and a major over-sharer! I created this program for that very person—the one who has just discovered they’re going to be a parent and is ready to take a proactive approach to their new life and activities of daily living.

This program will be filled with only good news, positive vibes, and motivation to build strength and excitement for the future. Your relationship with Sara is completely confidential and she will be your mama-to-be cheerleader and friend. I will be creating these programs throughout my pregnancy journey, so be patient for trimesters 2 and 3!

  • 3 Strength training sessions a week
  • 3 Follow-along Pilates flows
  • Written and video explanations of format, exercises, equipment, and directions
  • One-on-one email support with myself.
  • Discounted access to POP-UP Prenatal classes around Long Island, NY
  • $149.95 for Trimester 1
