Since 2013, Sara Colletti has been helping clients transform their mindset, body, and attitude towards movement. Sara has always been active, engaging in dancing, playing tennis, participating in track and field, and generally staying on the move throughout her school years.

Sara’s journey began at Focus Integrative Fitness in 2012, where she fell in love with sharing her passion for health and wellness. Studying anatomy, kinesiology, and bioenergetics, she deepened her understanding of the body’s functions and ways to improve health. After her time at Focus, Sara started training at Equinox in Roslyn, NY, where she discovered her next love: Group Fitness.

One morning in Roslyn, Sara volunteered to cover a group fitness class at the last minute. From that moment, she knew her next step was to inspire and motivate large groups, enjoying the camaraderie and energy of group workouts.

Sara believes in living a healthy life through movement, nutrition, and a positive mindset. Her goal is to create an environment where everyone can find the healthiest version of themselves while having fun with intense workouts. Keep an eye out for her cute little van touring the Hamptons!

Ross has an athletic background and discovered early on that playing sports was one of his greatest passions. This passion naturally led him to excel in his sports endeavors, where he realized that the process of improving through fitness offered not only physical benefits but also tremendous health and mental advantages. Helping others on their fitness journeys brought him true happiness.

Ross began his career as a Personal Trainer at Equinox in Tribeca, NYC. Through the UCLA-partnered Equinox Fitness Training Institute and other educational programs, Ross advanced to a Tier 3Plus Personal Trainer. He worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve goals such as weight loss, muscle building, marathon training, athletic training, and injury recovery. His dedication to helping others inspired him to take on mentorship roles within Equinox, eventually becoming a Fitness Manager at the Equinox SoHo, Equinox Williamsburg, and Equinox DUMBO clubs. He was then promoted to Personal Training Manager at Equinox DUMBO, where he led the Personal Training Department.
