Trimester 1

Join Sara in your first trimester with this virtual functional movement program designed to prepare you for the most magical time in your life.

Virtual Class

LF2  |  Mondays at 9:30 AM

This 45-minute, pelvic-floor–friendly sculpt session is perfect for postpartum mamas, designed to help you feel strong, supported, and confident from home with your little one right there (or napping if you’re lucky)

All you need is:

  • Light weights (3–5 lbs)
  • A Pilates ball or pillow
  • A loop band

Heritage Park Class

LF2  |  Fridays at 11:30 AM

Wear your baby, bring your baby, but don’t forget your stroller! LF2 Barre is a 45- minute beat-based practice with Sara & Baby. The best part is, your stroller doubles as your very own personal barre! I’ll supply the equipment, you just bring your mat, and a play mat for your little one!
